Once the parcel has been scanned in the UK, the Hermes/Royal Mail Tracking Code will be activated. This takes approximately 10 working days from the shipping confirmation.
The procedures for shipping goods from the EU into the UK will change starting January 2021.
Despite the UK and EU having reached a free trade agreement, this will not mean additional import taxes for orders below 135 PS.
The supply chain will still be subject to increased costs and delivery times will be longer.
The threshold was set by the English authorities and will not be subject to customs duties for products of a value above PS 135; any increase will not be reflected in these prices.
All products exceeding this threshold will be subjected to 15% average customs duty. These additional charges will not be added to the product's price. This will automatically be added to the shipping cost.
Shipping goods to the UK will be more expensive. We are trying to keep the cost increase as low and manageable as possible.
The free shipping policy will only be applicable to Economy shipping, and products with prices starting at 80 PS to 135 PS.
