The 2025 show will return to the I-X Center between March 28 - 30 2025The application process:The I-X Center will be hosting the 2025 I-X Piston Powered Auto-Rama Show. There are four different applications. Participants must fill out an application at pistonpowershow.com for any of the following areas.North Halll and South HallThe Motorcycle PavilionThe Hot Rod Asylum (only for cars older than 1949) is located in the BallroomThe ConcourseThe "Acceptance and Placement Committee", for both the North & South Hall and Motorcycle Pavilion, screens each application. Slick Devils Car Club, along with the show management staff, screen all vehicles at Hot Rod Asylum. The Northern Ohio Car Club Association, along with the show management team, screen all the vehicles in the Concourse.The committees will screen and prioritise these spots according to a variety of criteria, including but not restricted to: the customization of the vehicle, the number similar vehicles at the show, your timing and the number years your vehicle has entered the show.GROUP APPLICATIONSGroups can apply together to request 6 adjacent and contiguous spaces.Each other for the show in 2025. Download the application, and then submit the entire group's applications and photos. The application process begins on Monday, 5 August 2024. The "Acceptance & Placement Committee" will screen all group vehicles, as well as any vehicles applying for the show. Some vehicles in a group could be accepted, while others may not.QUALITY IS IMPORTANT BEFORE THE SHOW!Mike Halloran, Vendor Specialist at the show, will contact all commercial vendors starting August 12th 2024 in order to renew their agreements for 2025. The renewal period is from August 12, 2024 until October 31, 2020.Show dates and deadlines for 2025:July 20, 2024 - Car Club Meeting in BereaAugust 5, 2024 - Start of the application.Mike Halloran, Vendor Specialist will contact all commercial vendors to renew their contracts on August 12, 2024.
